Calligraphy design for Saint Seiya vol.1

Saint Seiya is one of the Japanese manga / anime which strongly enriched my creativity particularly during my junior high school period.
As a tribute I wrote and designed the calligraphy specifically for my favorite character, Shiryu, to empower his attack.
Shodo calligraphy is well known for its dynamic abstract expression as a visual element for design. Comparing with western typography, you might feel something different here.
